Tabby Fayyaz, MD

Dr. Tabby Fayyaz is the founder of Resiyay and an Internal Medicine physician currently completing fellowship training in Endocrinology. She earned her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Dallas and her medical degree from Windsor University School of Medicine. After matching into her first-choice Internal Medicine residency program in Dallas, she served as a Junior Chief Resident.

Dr. Fayyaz founded Resiyay in 2022 to provide residency applicants with practical, physician-led guidance throughout the Match journey. Her advising focuses on application positioning, identification of potential risks, ERAS and CV development, interview preparation, and personalized Match strategy. As Resiyay’s lead advisor, she works with applicants across medical specialties and provides the high-touch, founder-led guidance offered through the Elevate Match Track.

Ahmed Chaudhry, MD

Dr. Ahmed Chaudhry is a Psychiatry physician and residency advisor with Resiyay. He earned his medical degree from Windsor University School of Medicine and successfully matched into his first-choice Psychiatry residency program in New Jersey and currently serves has Chief Psychiatry Resident. Bringing more than a decade of interviewing experience, Dr. Chaudhry specializes in helping applicants communicate their experiences with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. His mock interviews emphasize response organization, professional communication, behavioral questions, and the development of a compelling personal narrative. He provides detailed, actionable feedback that applicants can apply throughout interview season and works with candidates pursuing residency across medical specialties.

Khushboo Saha, MD

Dr. Khushboo Saha is a Pediatric Neurology fellow at UT Southwestern Medical Center and has served as a residency coach with Resiyay since 2023. She earned her medical degree from Lady Hardinge Medical College in India and successfully matched into her first-choice Child Neurology program in Dallas. During her own Match journey, Dr. Saha received more than 15 interview invitations across Pediatrics and Pediatric Neurology. She now uses that experience to help applicants strengthen their ERAS applications, refine their CVs, and prepare strategically for residency interviews. Her background also includes leading quality-improvement initiatives and training healthcare professionals in quality-improvement methods. She advises applicants pursuing residency with particular insight into the challenges faced by international medical graduates.

Basil Nduma, MD, MSHI

Dr. Basil Nduma is an Internal Medicine physician and Clinical Director. He earned his medical degree from Ahmadu Bello University in Nigeria and completed Internal Medicine residency training through Merit Health Wesley and HCA Medical City Arlington. He also holds a Master of Science in Health Informatics.
As an international medical graduate, Dr. Nduma personally navigated the challenges of the U.S. residency application process, including applying across multiple Match cycles before successfully matching. This experience gives him a valuable understanding of the obstacles faced by IMGs, older graduates, and nontraditional applicants. His advising focuses on application positioning, applicant-risk assessment, interview preparation, and helping candidates approach the Match with clarity and confidence.

Fatima Billoo, MD

Dr. Fatima Billoo is a Family Medicine physician and residency advisor with Resiyay. She earned her medical degree from Dow Medical College and is pursing her Family Medicine residency training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center–Permian Basin.
Dr. Billoo is passionate about medical education, mentorship, acute care medicine, and patient-centered care. Her leadership experience includes serving as a board member of the Ector County Medical Society, Resident Liaison for the Texas Academy of Family Physicians, resident instructor, and local Walk with a Doc leader. Through Resiyay, she helps applicants strengthen their professional presentation, prepare confidently for interviews, and navigate the Match with thoughtful, individualized guidance. She is especially committed to helping applicants grow professionally while remaining grounded in service, wellness, and community engagement.

Confidentiality

Resiyay is committed to maintaining a professional and confidential environment. Personal information, credentials, and details discussed during a session will remain confidential and will not be shared by either the advisor or the applicant, except when required by law.

Recording Policy

Audio, video, screen, or other recordings of Resiyay sessions are strictly prohibited unless written authorization is provided in advance. Unauthorized recording may result in the cancellation of all remaining services.

 

Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy

Late Arrival

Please join your session at the scheduled time. If an applicant is unable to join within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the advisor may cancel the session.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Each session requires individualized preparation and reserved advisor time, cancellation notice must be provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a refund.
